When we talk about "the Parisian woman" around the world, the same image comes to mind: a tall, slim, and elegant white woman riding a bicycle with a cigarette in her mouth. Yet, today's Paris is one of the most racially diverse cities in the world, and the women who live there are very different from the stereotype. Through this anti-manual of the good Parisian woman, Rokhaya Diallo deconstructs the cliché by showing today's Parisian women in all their diversity.
